Terms & Conditions

Enrolling for one of our courses using the forms on our SEO, AdWords and Analytics training pages effectively constitutes a signup. Once signed up, you will receive an e-mail with further information regarding your chosen training and asking you for your billing details, which you are required to provide within a maximum period of 5 business days so we are able to send your invoice. Once you have received your invoice, you have a period of 30 days in which to settle the invoice amount.

Cancellation policy and no-shows

In case of cancellation, the following fees will be applied:

  • Early cancellation: if you cancel your enrollment more than 5 working days before the training is scheduled to take place, youwill be charged a cancellation fee of €100,00.
  • Late cancellation: in case of late cancellation (less than 5 working days before the training is scheduled to take place), a cancellation fee of €200,00 will be charged.
  • No-shows and cancellations the previous business day: in case no cancellation is requested and the enrollee does not present herself or himself on the scheduled training date, the full amount of €350,00 will be charged. If a cancellation is asked for with less than one full business days’ notice, the full amount of €350,00 will be charged.

Clicktrust Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone trainings when circumstances demand it.
